License Verification
For trades that require licensing, we verify that the vendor holds the proper active license for the work being performed. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
Insurance Review
We require proof of general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, or valid exemption documentation where applicable. Your property stays protected.
Background Screening & Drug-Free Workplace
Every vendor in our network is required to maintain a roster of pre-screened employees — each of whom must pass a background check, updated every 12 months — before they can be assigned to any job coordinated by Vested Property Care. We also require vendors to maintain a drug-free workplace commitment. Only approved, screened individuals are authorized to enter our clients' homes.
Reputation & Professionalism Review
We review online ratings, customer feedback, and complaint history while also evaluating responsiveness, communication, and punctuality. If a vendor does not meet our standards for both reputation and professionalism, they do not work with our clients.
Ongoing Performance Monitoring
Our vetting does not stop after approval. We continue to evaluate vendor performance based on service quality, workmanship, and client feedback. Only vendors who consistently meet our standards stay in our network.
